5. RF/SAR (radio communication and electromagnetic absorption rate)
RF/SAR Testing
For efficient frequency management, RF test is divided into RF requirement test for radio signals transmitted by wireless devices and SAR requirement test for managing the energy absorbed by the human body.
We provide differentiated services by setting up the latest test equipment for the first 5G (5th generation) test certification in Korea and receiving the first designation from the National Radio Research Institute.
RF Test
The indiscriminate use of wireless signals makes it impossible to transmit accurate information due to interference, so each country mandatorily regulates and manages the frequency, strength, bandwidth, and unwanted waves of wireless signals, and if it does not meet the limits required by the country, it cannot be sold in that country. In addition, each country has different frequency allocations, so it is necessary to confirm compliance with the requirements of each country.
SAR testing
SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) is an expression of the amount of energy absorbed by the human body from electromagnetic waves generated by electronic devices, and is generally applied to wireless devices for wireless communication by intentionally generating electromagnetic waves, and is regulated and managed because these signals can have adverse effects on the human body due to thermal and stimulating effects. Depending on the conditions of use of wireless products, we categorize them into head, torso, and wrist/ankle parts and conduct SAR tests for each part, and share the amount of energy absorbed by the human body so that all users can check it.
The importance of RF/SAR testing
RF testing of radio signals enables efficient frequency management and smooth communication in each country, and also considers the safety of users by testing the amount of energy of radio signals absorbed by the human body.
6. HDMI Certification Test
The High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) specification is defined for transmitting video and audio from a video and audio source device, such as a set-top box or BD player, to a sink device, such as a TV or monitor.
HDMI devices consist of a source device that transmits video and audio, a sink device that receives and displays the data, and a repeater device that receives data from the source device and relays the data to the sink device.
HDMI certification requirements
To become HDMI certified, manufacturers are required to become members of the HDMI Association and to build and test their products to the specification.

7. Bluetooth SIG Certification Test
Bluetooth certification ensures that products equipped with Bluetooth technology meet the specifications and interoperability of the Bluetooth standard. In addition, because Bluetooth products are wireless communication devices, you must have two certifications to sell products that include Bluetooth technology: a radio license from your country and SIG certification. SIG certification requires testing at a Bluetooth Qualification Test Facility (BQTF) authorized by the Bluetooth SIG.
